Target Masters Shooting Club
Hey kids DON’T FORGET the 2012 Shooting Sports Camp will be held April 4 - 7 at the Lake Cumberland 4-H Camp in Jabez. This is a statewide camp that is open to all interested youth ages 9 – 13. Each camper will learn responsible, safe use of firearms and how to shoot in the various disciplines: rifle, trap, archery, black powder, hunter challenge and pistol. Additional activities include night hikes, nature events, campfires, crafts, wild animals, etc. Cost of the camp is $100 per camper. Anyone interested should contact Bonnie Jolly at (765-4121) or via e-mail (bsjolly+uky+edu) for additional details. Enrollment is limited to first 120 registered to attend.
Discipline practices are still being held at 6:00 p.m. at Valley Creek Archery (on Valley Creek Road in Elizabethtown) as shown below:
2nd Monday of each month – Archery ~ February 13th
4th Monday of each month – Air Rifle ~ February 27th
